Nutella Browines
1 1/2 cup of Nutella
1/2 cup of self rising flour
2 eggs
Mix well until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Spread mixture in a non-stick or lightly greased 8x8 pan and bake for about 12-18 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Allow to cool and cut in squares.
Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 cup of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Blend with a spatula until smooth and well combined. Take about a teaspoon of the mixture an toll in a ball. Place on a greased cooking sheet or parchment paper. Take a fork and press down making an impression in the dough. You can make a criss-cross pattern if you like. Place in a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool & eat.
Pepperoni Bread
Start with prepared bread dough. Lightly dust your counter with flour. Roll out the bread dough into a 15'x10' rectangle. Add pepperoni slices and your favorite cheese blend; six cheese Italian works great for this recipe. Roll the dough lengthwise and place in a 325 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Bake until golden brown. Cut into 1 slices and enjoy.
Banana Pancakes
2 eggs
1 1/2 large ripe bananas
1/8 teaspoon of baking powder
In a large bowl mash your bananas with a fork or potato masher. Be sure to leave some chunks. In a separate bowl add 2 eggs an slightly whisk. Add your eggs to the bananas and baking powder. Stir just to incorporate all 3 ingredients. Spoon mixture on a griddle or lightly greased pan and allow bubbles to appear and flip (just like regular pancake batter). Transfer cooked pancakes to a plate and garnish with your favorite toppings and/or syrup.
Frosty Pineapple Dessert
2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks (fresh or drained canned)
1 cup of almond milk
1 Tbs of honey
Put all ingredients in a blender & pulse for a few times until your able to blend completely. Remove mixture from blender to a serving cup or bowl and serve. I can't imagine not being able to try other fruits as well. Cool and refreshing!
